New CEO

Marek Prokš

Marek Prokš has been appointed as the company's new CEO effective September 1, 2022, replacing Igor Zahrádka. He has led the company successfully since 2011 was responsible for its signigicant development and growth. He si now moving to the company's supervisory board. The new CEO is expected to adapt the strategy to the current market turmoil, rationalise the current structure and increase the profitability of the company.

Marek Prokš took over the management of the company after 20 years at B:TECH, where he was previously Director of Implementation and a member of the Board of Directors. The current management team, strengthened by Finance Director Ing. Kateřina Hodulíková, will support him in the transformation. She moves from the supervisory board of B:TECH to the company's executive board. In the coming period, the company will focus on strengthening its position in the process and discrete automation markets in which it has been successfully active since 2000.
